I machine usage
After cutting and finishing the fabric can be formed medium plush which height is 5-25mm,its plush is fullness,soft,wool yarn into a circle and not easily detached from the base fabric.The machine is widely used in plush toy,fur coat,plush carpet,blankets and other products,such as flannel,coral fleece,circle fleece,PV velvet,artificial fur.
Machine character
Machine use oil-immersed cam system,make cam less damaged and wearable.Opt to use electrical yarn let-off and electrical take-up so that yarn let-off is more stable.
The manufacture’s prescribed ambient temperature for the machine is 25 degrees Celsius(+/-2 degree. ,at 65%maximum air humidity.The floor load lies between 3 Tons to 5 tons per square meters,mainly depends on the relevant machine type and machine length.Operational vibrations have to be taken into account when install the machine.
II main machine equipment
1. Knocking-over part
Two latch needle bed,two knocking-over bed,two sinker needle bed,five guide bars(1for pile,4for ground),all equipped with guide needles and separate needle,sinker needle bed with sinker needles and wire 2pcs.
2. Beam shaft
Beam shaft can be equipped with 4 sets ground bar yarn let off device and 1 set pile bar yarn let off device.beam shaft diameter isφ152mm,beam can use21″or 30″.
3. Yarn let off device
Two rollers positive yarn let-off device,change yarn amount by change gears,5 sets mechanical yarn let off box.
4. Pattern device
Seller provide pattern device according to buyer’s fabric process.
5. Batching and take-up device
Multi-set batching roller,independent batching device driven by batching box.
6. Electrical device
Three phrase AC power 380V/50Hz，inverter control speed,main motor2.2kw.
